App Policy

For our application software to provide the best user experience, the application will need to obtain the following permissions on users' mobile phones:

1. LOCATION: The application software needs permission to read and access the IP address of the user's mobile device, and use that IP address to connect to the speaker. When accessing this information, the software guarantees that it will not be saved locally or uploaded to a web server.

2. STORAGE: The software shall have access to local music on user's mobile device for local music playback, it will also use this permission to apply some settings to local music, these operating settings do not contain user's privacy information. By using this authorization, the software also guarantees that the user will not infringe the privacy of data stored locally or uploaded to the network server.

3. PHONE: The software uses this permission to read the device ID used to register an iHeartRadio account and to upload this ID to the iHeartRadio server. This software ensures that only the device ID will be downloaded. No other user data will be downloaded.
