In order for our application software to provide an optimal user experience, the application will need to obtain the following permissions on users' cell phones:

1. LOCATION: the application software requires authorization to read and access the IP address of the user's mobile device, and to use this IP address to establish the connection with the speakerphone. When accessing this information, the software guarantees that it will not be saved locally or uploaded to a web server.

2. STORAGE: the software will need access to local music on the user's mobile device for local music playback, it will also use this authorization to apply certain parameters to local music, these operating parameters do not contain information about the user's privacy. By using this authorization, the software also guarantees that the user will not infringe on the confidentiality of data stored locally or uploaded to the network server.

3. PHONE: the software uses this authorization to read the device ID used to register an iHeartRadio account and to download this ID to the iHeartRadio server. This software guarantees that only the device ID will be downloaded. No other user data will be downloaded.
